CPT, FNS, NASM
Born in Carlina, Puerto Rico, Greicha moved to Atlanta with her family when she was 3 years old. She excelled in basketball and track while in middle and high school and thrived on the camaraderie and competition of team sports. Never one to step down from a challenge and always seeking to improve herself, Greicha earned a Bachelors in both Psychology and Sociology from Georgia State University. She then enrolled in the Atlanta Personal Training Program and became a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Food Nutrition Specialist (FNS) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Greicha believes that fitness is the ultimate expression of self-awareness. She has helped numerous clients from a wide variety of populations achieve their health and fitness goals by teaching them how to mindfully nourish and challenge their bodies. She is her clients’ biggest cheerleader and ensures that they finish their sessions feeling motivated, strong, and empowered. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, training for an athletic event, or simply wanting to improve your overall health and wellness, Greicha has the knowledge and tools to make you succeed.
When not transforming clients into fitness rock stars, Greicha enjoys spending time with her family, reigning as an Instagram queen, and training for fitness competitions. After a workout, she likes to refuel with anything she can put peanut butter on. Bring her a jar, and she might just let you skip your burpees.
